What else would you want your photography to be? Corny as it may sound I believe in making photographs that will be your treasured memories for years and hopefully generations to come. And I believe you should be totally at ease and yourself when we catch those memories.
This week the Gilliam family welcomed it’s newest little baby girl! Yesterday was this little baby girl’s very first newborn photo shoot! I’m so glad I had the chance to meet with such a happy family! Thank so much to the Gilliam for a great evening and congratulations again on their newest addition!

This last Friday I had a the chance to meet the Baum family for a newborn photography session in their home. This family was so incredibly sweet and all three little girls were just adorable. Last week my newest little niece, Annie, was born. She’s so incredibly adorable!! Last night my brother brought his new family over for a late-night newborn session. Late as in we didn’t finish until midnight… and today was the first day of school for my two oldest children today. 
So it was a little hectic, but tons of fun! Congratulations Anthony and Jordan!!!

The McDannald family is welcoming a new little girl to their family and I was lucky enough to be asked to take her very first portrait. As it turned out this little lady wasn’t too happy to be a child model, but I think she pulled it off like a pro. Thanks so much to the McDannald’s for a great afternoon session!

Yes, this Beach baby is related. While we were in Colorado I had the privilege of taking the very first portraits of my new little nephew. Emma was actually very excited to be able to not only see what I do when I’m “going to work” but also to lend a hand holding up the backdrop for me. Which turned out to be really helpful since this little man was already wiggling around like there was no tomorrow! My dear brother and sister-in-law will have their hands full in a few months once he’s on the go!

The Cannon family has a new little boy in their midst. This little man was quite awake for only 8 days old! Good thing he’s sleeping well for Mom though! Every Mom’s dream… a baby that sleeps through the night – or at least through most of it!
